A signed agreement and a 30% retainer secure the date. The balance is due a week before the wedding.

I arrive early, stay close, and stay out of the way. You will barely notice me working.

Questions couples ask
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book between eight and fourteen months ahead. Dates in December, January and April go first, so it is worth asking early even if your plans are not final.
Do you travel outside Colombo?
Constantly. Kandy, Galle, Nuwara Eliya and the east coast are all regular. Travel within the Western Province is included; anywhere further is charged at cost, with no mark-up.
Do you photograph destination weddings?
Yes. I have photographed weddings in the Maldives, India, Dubai and Italy. Flights and accommodation are added at cost and the coverage fee stays the same.
How many photographs will we receive?
Between 400 and 1,500 depending on the collection and the length of the day. Every one is individually edited — you will never receive an unculled dump of files.
When will we get our photographs?
A preview set of 40–60 images lands within 72 hours, usually while you are still on honeymoon. The full gallery follows within four weeks.
Do we get the high-resolution files?
Yes, always. Print-ready, unwatermarked, and yours to use however you like. I only ask that you do not apply your own filters before posting.
What happens if you are ill on the day?
I carry full backup equipment and I am part of a small network of photographers in Colombo who cover for one another. In fourteen years I have never missed a wedding, but the arrangement is written into the agreement regardless.
Can we ask for specific photographs?
Please do. Family group lists are welcome and genuinely helpful — send them a fortnight before and we will work through them quickly on the day.
